Tenement Rats is a Los Angeles based punk band steeped in the juices of east coast aggression, blended with SoCal tones and topped with a dusting of 1970’s British anarchy. Guitar player and vocalist, Jon Watkins, is a founding member of 16th Street Design Studio. The Tenement Rats logo was carefully crafted by him with India ink, white out and a feeling of overall malaise.
